stuffed portobello mushrooms

Here’s another tasty treat from Tasteless Chef! Today we have stuff portobello mushrooms. nom!




Remove the stems from 3 medium to large portobello mushrooms.

Hollow out inside with a spoon but keep the pulp.

In a skillet brown a small amount of maple sausage with chopped onion and a little butter.

Add pulp when sausage half way browned.

Add salt, pepper and a little garlic powder to taste.

Turn off heat and shred in some Asiago cheese. Scoop into hollowed out mushrooms.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Put into a 350 degree toaster oven for 15 minutes or until cheese browns.
